Vince recently came to my rescue. My husband is suffering from cancer, which makes my desk top computer an essential tool in terms of scheduling doctors’ appointments and communicating with friends and family. I had been experiencing problems, but could see no time I could bring the computer in and leave it at Computer Pros. So Vince came to me, ran some diagnostic tests in my home, took my tower back to his workplace, and had it back to me later that day. Ran some more tests, made one more adjustment, and it is running great now, especially for a Windows 7, six year old model. He is also putting together a quote for me regarding building a custom desktop. The price estimate sounds pretty competitive. So a big thanks to Vince for his great customer service!!!

I am so impressed with how respectful, reasonable, and passionate these guys are. I am so happy that I stumbled across this location. I am the type of consumer that needs excellent, genuine, and caring customer service. I also need the people working there to be knowledgeable on the subject at hand. Vince, Brian and the rest of the team have just that. I’ll tell you what, If I was to move out of Alameda, to let’s say- Fremont… then I will definitely drive to Alameda for any of my computer needs with these guys. These guys are great! AS GOOD AS NEW

These guys rock. After beating up my laptop for two plus years I finally destroyed the touchscreen and LCD. They had parts in stock and got it in better shape than before the final break. They tightened up the screws in the whole case and swapped an entire flip-up screen piece from their stock. Their prices seem good but their service and communication is beyond any computer repair I’ve ever worked with! Thanks so much, I’m recommending anyone I know to these guys.
