My MacBook Pro crashed, and I lost a year of original designs and files for my business. I went to Best Buy Geek Squad to transfer the data from my old computer to the new and they couldn’t get it and within 5 min told me that it was hopeless and they didn’t know how to help me. They pointed me to an Apple-certified store downtown… I called them and explained. This store told me they closed in 20 min and I could bring it in 2 days later when they opened again, and I was more than welcome to bring it in but they didn’t think they’d be able to do anything if Geek Squad couldn’t.

I called Computer Pros, who assured me that they’ve seen stuff like this all the time – they WOULD get my data back, don’t worry. They might have to do a little extra work but they’d get it all for me. They called me 2 hours later with an estimate to okay the work, and had my computer back to me WITH ALL MY DATA… in under 24 hours. I simply cannot thank them enough… and I know that in this world of big box business it’s easy to run to those… but this is a small business that deserves the support! They have restored my faith in good, kind people. I cannot say enough about their kindness, knowledge, efficiency, and commitment to doing their job well.

My computer randomly shut off without any warning, and I was unable to get it to turn back on. The computer pros staff assured me they were confident they could fix the issue. They fixed the issue and even ran me through what the issue was. The computer was back to running by the next day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I went in to drop it off and pick it up, even helping me carry my computer tower back to my car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any help with technology at a more than reasonable price. Great place, even better people!

They were wonderful from the day I inquired about their services to the day I picked up our computer. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even better they did not overcharge me like other places and charged exactly what they estimated on the low end. I asked them to help retrieve data from an old computer and they did it quickly and with no issues or second quotes. I will bring repairs and upgrades here in the future.
