My old Dell computer came up with a blue screen of death on Nov. 6 and Mark said he could bring me a refurb that same evening. And he did. I was very impressed with his prompt service. I paid in full, including advance payment for additional memory that would need to be installed later. He said that memory would be here in a few days, As well as the missing track pointer. The next week he stopped by after work and installed a memory but was still missing the Track pointer that he promised would come soon.
I was still impressed with his service. Then I did not hear from him. 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks came and went and I finally called to find out what happened with the missing track pointer. Since he had payment in full, and to him that missing part was an insignificant detail, there was no incentive. I called December 6, and he was irritable, he was very busy, No help, he would look into it, he would get back with me later. But I did not hear from him again, though I waited several days. I finally phoned him late December 9th and he had the track pointer. I was ready to go get it, Because after waiting 30 days, I felt that’s the only way I would ever see it. But he said he would bring it to his home, which is closer, and I could meet him there. And that is what happened. I was afraid he might be irritable, but he was friendly when I went to his home with my computer to get that last part. Initially I gave a rating of 3 because of the huge delay on the track pointer, and poor communication to explain why it was delayed past the anticipated wait. But Mark phoned me 1/18/20 and said he should have a better rating than 3 because he came to my house twice for service, which is true. That was amazing. It would actually be a 5 if it wasn’t for the 30 day delay and his grumpy attitude when I phoned over getting the missing track pointer (that should have been on the computer initially.)
Would I buy from him again? Yes. Ensuring that the computer had all its parts before paid in full.

Mark is a lifesaver! My work computer had problems a few weeks ago, took it to Best Buy and Geek Squad “fixed” it… then problem returned. Found out the temporary fix masked a bigger problem of my hard drives failing!! He was able to save all of my data, which was A LOT and back it up, upgrade to better hard drives WITH a warranty FAST!
Double checked with Best Buy and the same work would have taken 5 business days where he did it basically in one business day. He also offered recommendations on upgrading my Existing custom built computer…. without trying to sell me the most expensive brand new computer. I highly recommend Mark and am very pleased with his business.

Repaired my computer the same day. Computer froze up and was running slow. Computer was cleaned up and now has no issues. Good pricing and very professional.
