My gaming computer was having trouble turning on so I went in to get it checked out I initially thought it was my power supply since I had been having trouble with it in the past but turns out it was my motherboard that was the issue. It is currently back to school season in my town so it has been a bit hectic and I had imagined that they were going to be busy with the school year coming to a start so I thought that my pc would be in the repair shop for a very long time but thankfully that was not the case. Mr. Marc recommended me the correct part to order in regards to my computer specs, I ordered the part and got in installed, and my computer was working fine. I then put my computer to sleep as I usually do after use but when I went back to use it it was not booting on again. I took my pc back in and it indeed turned out to be the power supply that was also malfunctioning. Thankfully their warranty was well established and Mr. Marc was able to find a spare power supply that he installed without any extra charge. He did not have to do that but it comes to show the amount of effort put into their customer service despite the hectic season. Thank you Mr. Marc and Mrs. Yolonda for helping me get my computer back online, and the 5 star company rating is well-deserved I will continue to seek their help with any future repair or upgrades I choose to do to my computer.

If you read one review let it be this one! I called them and they answered right away and were so friendly on the phone (you barely find anyone with superb customer service anymore!) and told me they could help me fix my laptop that i use for a funeral home i manage.

I took my lap top in at 4:30 and they had it back to me within 24 hours!! Amazing!!

Not only did they fix my initial problem but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every sense of the words to satisfy my computer needs, expectations and even things i mentioned i wanted done!!

They gave me an awesome deal! They upped my RAM, my windows, this other thing i dont even know what it does AND another thing i cant even pronounce… oh and upped my storage!
