I am one of those people who own a laptop, but have very little experience with one. I now depend on it to make a living. Jim figured out how to fix the error message that locked me out and even took the time to explain and answer questions without making me feel inferior because I’m not tech savvy. That in itself was a great experience that came with a reasonable price. The name of this business “Computer Repair with Therapy” is very fitting. I left this establishment feeling so much better than I did when I arrived. Thanks Jim!
I would rather fix my computer with a water hose. This man shamed me for buying a box PC, then quoted me an absurd amount of time before he would even “take a look at it”. Took it to another more reputable place in town and had my computer back in a week.
Love the staff here! They are a hidden gem and I would highly recommend them with any of my computer repairs!
