THIS COMPANY IS A 10 OUT OF 10!!! My son had an overheating computer! Long story short: this company rules. They were friendly, fast, honest and too reasonable. I dealt with Brian, Chris and Taya and have made new friends in them. I cannot recommend this company more. I hit the COMPUTER LOTTERY and goodbye geek squad!!! These folks charged me one third of what Best Buy would have charged me! I called 5 other computer companies that did not answer! These folks answered immediately and gave updates along the way!!I I do not write many reviews but I had to this time because they are an incredible group!! My child is back in “FORTNITE HEAVEN! Thanks again and I will definitely be back soon!! You can trust COMPUTER GUY 100 PERCENT!!!

Well first and foremost, the customer service was above and beyond. Initially took my computer in for service after it failed to display correctly and was helped with the services provided wonderfully. Chris was very patient and made sure I was aware of the timeframe and repair process. Then after thorough communication and a few days my computer was running smoothly. But! Not only did another employee Brian kindly let me know one of my fans was faulty; it was ordered and fixed immediately on site by Jacob. The overall experience and expertise with every employee was a relief and the transparency in repairs also knew I picked the best of the best! Will definitely return again for upgrades and any future concerns! 10/10

I visited today, August 22nd, and the staff member who checked the USB-C port was exceptionally kind and helpful. He even went the extra mile to find a cable/adapter for me. I didn’t catch his name, but he had a warm, friendly demeanor and was very attentive. He had a prosthetic leg, which didn’t slow him down at all–his professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. Thank you for the excellent service
