It was a fabulous day when I went to pick up a PC at Computer Rescue in Fernley. I was ready to purchase a new one cause I thought it was ruined. So I made phone calls and decided on Computer Rescue. I chose this service because Allen explained things to me, no arrogance. I was able to drop it off, do shopping, etc., and it was ready on my way out of Fernley. It is fired up now and working like new. What a great day, after all, if you don’t shop around for repair, you can end up in the minus and with a computer that does not work. The initial draw was speaking with Allen on the phone…good vibes. A very efficient business. When you find businesses as such…you just know where to go.

I sent an email to Alan asking if he could get my computer in for a repair. He responded immediately. I was able to take my laptop in that next day where he walked me through absolutely everything. He took my laptop and explained what he was going to do, and told me it would be ready in a matter of just a few hours. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Later that afternoon I returned to pick up my working computer. He was extremely professional and truly in the business for making sure I was satisfied. I can not recommend Alan enough!
