This was an absolutely horrible experiwnce, dropped of a laptop several months ago. Never heard feom them again, called to inquire numerous times about my computer.

1st call i made to them 1 month in- didnt know they even had my laptop
2nd call 1 month later- they would look into the problem
3r call to them- 3 months total- they hadnt recieved the part that they had ordered to fix it

4th and final call 4 months total- we cant seem to get the part for you we’ll put your computer back together

Today- i show up to get my computer back, wait in the lobby for 10 minutes without seeing anyone, call the company to get their attention, guy brings my laptop to the front and parts are missing from it/loose inside the case. He has no idea what happened and cant answer my questions as to why there are parts missing. Would not return

Tried to call the store 4 times with the phone number on the website and they didn’t answer. Also says on their OFFICIAL website that they fix iphones, ipods, and ipads, however you can’t call to confirm so i went to the store only to find out they were falsely advertising. Like change ur website dude.

I called and spoke with a guy at 2:45, took him the phone at 3:15, and he had it completely fixed ready to go by 5 pm ! Pretty awesome work and customer service if ya ask me pricing was fair as well
