I recently had the misfortune and was thoroughly unimpressed. The technician was unresponsive and uncommunicative throughout the entire process. The issue with my computer was not resolved, and I was left with more problems than when I started.

The service was slow, and the technician seemed unfamiliar with the latest software updates. When I asked questions, I received vague answers, and my concerns were dismissed.

To top it off, the pricing was unclear, and I was surprised with additional charges that were not discussed beforehand.

Overall, I would not recommend [Computer Service Provider] to anyone. There are far better options available for reliable and competent computer service.

And P.S. 1 star was being generous.

Took my tablet in and the worker checked it out and then told me how to fix it, or he said he could do it but they would have to charge me if he fixed it, which made sense so I took it home and fixed it, just like he said. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
