Hamid is the man! I took a 2017 MacBook Prob to him that Apple technicians had quoted me $800+ to fix. Hamid did it at less than half of that price, gave it warranty of up to a year and was determined to fix it at a great price. There were some ups and downs but overall he communicated fairly and kept it honest. It took time to get it fixed more than I had hoped but that’s ok because you could tell he was confident in his work and wanted to make sure he was addressing all potential problems. Since then I’ve noticed a few things that I’ve always called Hamid for and he was able to troubleshoot. He gave great advice and I’ll definitely continue to work with him for any Apple, Mac or pc computer issues.

Brought in an old laptop wanting to retrieve some data – Hamid worked on it for a while and didn’t charge for the diagnostic work ($150 min usually). he also didn’t beat around the bush with the chances of getting it repaired although he offered a recommended service to double check his work and other places to get a cheap laptop.

I got a great deal from Hamid on an amazing piece of hardware, I can’t stress how great of a deal and laptop. I am so happy. So so so happy and grateful. Trying to fix my old laptop would have cost more for sure and I’ve seen no such offer online at Best Buy, Amazon etc. starting school soon and so, this is just great Thanks Computer Sonics!

Another huge shout out for Hamid. Best customer service I can remember. He walked me through pros/cons of new vs updating my current computer. We ended up installing a new hard drive and battery on an old Dell for 1/5 the price of new. My computer feels brand new- zippy, great graphics- and when I got home I realized Hamid had bookmarked a few common apps and even programmed my home page with my name.
