Our business computer suddenly crashed the afternoon before we were having a big sale at our store. The first place I called would’ve charged us a $125 rush fee on top of their regular fee to look at it and couldn’t even guarantee they would get to it in time. I called here and talked to Michael and he was very understanding about the urgency of our situation and offered to come over to our store as soon as possible. He quoted me a very reasonable rate to diagnose the issue and was there within 30-45 min. While it was bad news for the computer (not much he could do with a fried hard drive), he helped us figure out our options and how to get into our backup files, then was able to take our computer with him and recover important data from the hard drive. I felt the prices were all reasonable when I was originally really worried that we wouldn’t be able to afford any of it. And I was beyond grateful that he was willing to come out to the store and save us a trip when we didn’t have the time to spare. He also kept us updated regularly the whole time. Overall fantastic service, I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for computer repair services. Thank you!

AWESOME experience with Michael! My laptop crashed last evening after trying to upgrade my RAM. The SSD C drive fried. Angi’s list connected me up with Michael from Computer Systems Services, who called me and drove to my home immediately. He tested my machine, diagnosed the problem, and took it back to his shop to fix. He adjusted the BIOS to work with the new RAM (32 GB), installed an upgraded SSD drive (5 GB), re-installed the OS, and tweaked my system to be as fast, sleek, and powerful as possible. He had it all done by this morning! When I went to pick it up, he sat with me for an hour and explained everything he did and why. He answered all of my questions and even gave great suggestions on how to improve my workflow for my photography editing. He was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am blown away by the services he provided to me. Worth every penny! He will now be my go-to guru for all of my computer needs in the future! Thanks Michael!

I had been calling around to find the best prices on PC cleaning in my area and a few came up. I chose CSS and Michael to clean my computer. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, he promised it the next day, but told me I could come and pick it up the next night. I waited a day and not only was it not ready, it wasn’t even where I dropped it off. Michael gave me a song and dance about “how he was busy with the local LEO group and how he was helping defeat cyber crime with the sheriffs dept and that he would be ‘available’ to drop it off because of the inconvenience. I waited an entire work day before I started calling him. I’m within sight distance of his building and it took him an hour to get here after he promised it would be here earlier than that.

I’m not entirely sure he actually did anything. ESPECIALLY because he declined to charge me but mostly because this computer is exactly the way I brought it in.
