Out of all the cell phone repair shops I have been too, none have provided such a pleasant experience as this one. Hamza, the owner, is straight to the point when it comes to troubleshooting and solutions. The prices are hard to beat and the service is quick and effective. He went out of his way to help me understand how to prevent future errors from occuring, and gave me a screen protector for free!
Final Verdict : Professional, friendly, and affordable. Overall, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better repair shop with these prices and courteous service.
This man Hamza is a genius. He fixed my iPad Apple said they couldn’t fix. Then I decided to bring an old water damaged iPhone 5 I had my newborns pictures saved on, not only did he actually get it working.. it now works great got my pics and my phone back after so many other stores in Katy told me it could not be done. He also mentioned he can do computer and drone repair. I told my family and friends some of them call me and tell me to save my money and time to come see Hamza also ironically. Best in town.
Mr. Hamza is very knowledgeable, genuine and helpful. I have gone to him with multiple phones and tablets. He has fixed them quickly and they work just fine even today. Recently, my mom’s iPad stopped working. We reached out to Apple and also to another external technician. They all said that this cannot be fixed. Mr. Hamza fixed it in half a day.
