Big fan of this spot. My 2015 MacBook Air was running really slow and I needed it for work. I gave them a call and Brett spoke with me on the phone for a good 15 minutes. Thats not it! When I went in to drop it off we talked some more for probably another 20 minutes and we ended up going a different route that I felt way better about. He took a bunch of time to walk me through all the different options I had and was very transparent. Highly recommend checking this place out with any computer questions.
I had an issue with an external optical hard drive. Computers for Change helped with evaluating and diagnosing the issue in a timely fashion. They were professional and courteous, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Although they could not fix the problem, they recommended a data recover service that could. I am impressed with their customer service. I’ll definitely be returning if I have any other issues.
Our desktop failed to boot one day, and Bret and Sam got everything back in working order, in fact better than it was before the crash. They ran diagnostics, installed a new operating system, and restored our data. Very friendly and helpful folks, and their services are very reasonably priced. Thanks so much, Bret and Sam!
