I don’t typically write reviews, but I couldn’t be more eager to share my experience with computers plus and their staff over this past year. My son wanted to start building his own computer a while back and had been saving up little bits and buying one component at a time. During this time we had been in and made several phone calls just with general questions and direction. Even when we weren’t making a purchase, they never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them in anyway. They were always happy to engage and guide us. Nine months ago, we were ready for the build. Due to outside issues (not computers plus) we were only up and running three of those months. In the meantime We received exceptional support from each one of the staff members along our journey to get things resolved. Things do not always go as planned but when you have sincere, exceptional customer service it makes all the difference. Because of this, I do not believe I will ever go anywhere else. David Brown, Kyle Sampsell, and the rest of the staff thanks again for being such great people.

I took my Mac in to possibly get help with an Adobe problem, driving over an hour to Evansville.
Dave was awesome, making sure to get us today even though the Mac specialist was not in.
While the problem could not be resolved, he went above and beyond to help. He didnt just turn
us away but insisted on researching, asking another employee about the issue, as well as calling several other stores around the area.

Overall terrific experience with computers plus in Evansville. My work computer went out so it was a stressful couple of days but Dave Brown and Kyle were both very helpful and had me back up and running in 2 days. They even let me sit in their store for an hour or so and work on a few important things that I really needed to get finished up. Nothing but positive things to say, very helpful but laid back at the same time. That’s where I’ll be going for all my computer needs going forward.
