Had desktop in twice. First screen freezing unable to open more than two windows occ pixelating. Took it home: Second return keyboard and mouse stopped working, Home Screen won’t accept my pass words. Took it home again and mouse won’t even turn on don’t know about keyboard since Home Screen won’t turn on. Monitor shows LG logo and “no signal”. They also removed all my additional USB’s saying they are of no use (3). Paid $260+! You can see how upset I was so did Mr. Morshed

Mr. Morshed called me and offered to come by after work to see what was wrong and fix it. He arrived and all the problems were fixed in 20 mins. Now my computer is faster, clearer and handles more windows open. I am sooo pleased with the results. And I need one less cord in the back of my pc. Yea!!
Please note my change in attitude, and appreciation that he went out of his way to make everything work. By the way his educational and skills background are exceptional I think he could fix any IT issue on any program or system Thank You so much for caring about my frustration. I shall certainly refer you to everyone who mentions computer problems.

Found Computer Repairs Plus via an internet search of closest computer repair shops. Very happy they were nbr 1 on the search. From the beginning they were polite, professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, reasonable. Was able to clone my information from my cheap computer to one more powerful, faster, more memory without overselling for my needs, Then after the sale they showed me how to access and operate certain parts of the new system. Felt so good about the service they gave, i took my Desk top MAC in for diagnosis and repair. Again, reasonable and done within a reasonable time period at a reasonable rate. I have finally found a trusted computer repair shop I have been looking for in 2yrs. Thank you to owner, Morshed, who fixed the metal case dent on the charger port. MacBook Air has not been charged for 2yrs until I found the Computers Repair Plus Electronics store in Lakewood Ranch. If you have computer hardware or software problems, this is where you should go.
