Experienced technician and fast service! I didn’t expect them to return my pc so soon. They get things done quickly without cutting corners.
I watched them work trying every perspective to fix my issue, unfortunately I had something seriously wrong with my pc so we had to reset the whole thing but they still were able to get it back to me by the next day. I definitely blame myself for having mixed programs after reinstalling the new GPU myself, but even after the complete reinstall it feels like my old pc. Easily able to find all my old files and nothing is missing.

We had quite the experience when we took our laptops in for a battery replacement. The HP went smooth and easy, the price for installation very reasonable. But the MAC was problematic with one cascading problem after another. But Gene- ever the professional- remained calm and confident that he could fix the problem. At great expense to himself he stayed on it as he likes to say “like a dog with a bone!” Honestly, we couldn’t be happier.
