In 2017, CTCS helped me completely re-build an used Macbook Pro (mid-2009 model that a friend had given me)…wiped the old hard drive, reinstalled the OS and all needed productivity applications, and helped with transferring over all my data, and even provided an extension to the standard short power cord. Everything transpired seamlessly and smoothly, and I never had a single issue thereafter.

And now in 2023, I just purchased a refurbished Macbook Pro (2015 model), and CTCS again helped with a smooth transition, especially with ensuring all my applications transferred over correctly. I use Microsoft Office for Mac regularly for important work-related purposes, and I could not untangle Microsoft’s new system requirements and licensing structure to install properly…but CTCS came through again big time, quickly resolving what had become an insurmountable impediment for me. Office apps now all activated and functioning properly. What a relief…thank you CTCS!!!
