I got there and he was very friendly and helpful. Once he got the part, he fixed it in less than 30 minutes, while I sat in his very comfortable shop and watched TV. My iPhone 11 Pro was broken, I called CoolRay Phone Repair to ask if he could help. I brought my phone in so he could diagnose the problem, long story short he fixed my mother board, replaced my screen, fixed my camera and my charging port. It was like a brand new phone. I was able to keep everything that was originally in my phone so he did not have to reset anything at all. It was fast quality service for a great price.
