I cracked the screen on an almost-new Samsung. I was able to get an appointment to replace it at 10; it was confirmed. I arrived early. No one ever showed up, nor did anyone respond to calls or messages.
Response to the owner’s reply: I got a text confirmation for an appointment at 10; most people would consider that sufficient. I got a repair elsewhere. (If you’ll note, I generally don’t write reviews unless I can give five stars. I prefer to boost local business owners, not criticize, but this was a bad experience.)
On January 6 2024 I came to Covington phone repair and received the best customer service. My phone was repaired in excellent timing—- 20min or less. And the pricing was more affordable than other places I researched. I am more than happy with my phone repair. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again!! *also, tip your phone repair guy it is totally worth it*
The best repair place, this business is great and will be the only place I will ever take my devices to get repaired. Have the best prices in Covington and surrounding areas. AND VERY FAST!!! He did a Back glass repair on two of my device and looks like the phone was never cracked
