I took my ps5 to them because they had the highest reviews near me. Needed an HDMI port replaced. (Typical for all the early ps5s.) The lady at the desk was extremely nice and helpful. As far as the work that was done. Beyond sub-par. I got my ps5 back and took it home to realize that whoever worked on it, had actually broken the stand on the bottom and also cross-threaded the bolt so I can’t even take it out to replace the stand. Also the sides (the big white plastic pieces) weren’t put back on right and some of the clips were broken. The hdmi port itself I don’t know if it was properly put on because I can blow on it and the screen flickers. Yes, I tried a different cable to make sure it wasn’t that. They also said it would be completely detailed inside and out. The fan is as dirty as it was when I took it in. It looks like someone drug a dry rag across the top of the vent holes on the top of the PlayStation because there was dust still all over it. I read reviews before I took it there. Not satisfied at all. For what it cost for this to be done was ALMOST half of buying a new ps5. Highly do not recommend.

To add, it took 4 business days. Most places I called said it would take a few hours. As some of the reviews on their site said it would take. I was also logged out of my PlayStation account when I got it back. Honestly, I think the technician was just playing my PlayStation in the back and threw it back together when I came to pick it up.

I am very much “technically challenged” when it comes to cell phones and laptop computers. The screen on my old went black on Saturday of the 4th of July weekend. I needed help transferring all info to a new phone. CPR took it in Saturday and promised it would be done on the following Monday, which it was.. Not only were folks at CPR friendly and completed the work on time, they even helped me with a couple of minor issues after the fact, no additional charge. Five Stars to CPR!

Amazing experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and the whole repair was done with incredible speed. My phone looks brand new and the battery life is dramatically improved. They also seem to be the only shop around that will repair game consoles and computers. 10/10 would recommend!
