MAKE SURE THEY TEST YOUR PHONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I had gotten my front and back screen replaced by this location multiple times with no issue. However, as of recently within my last visit, my screen was locked and they were unable to test it. Turns out they did not seal my phone properly, and broke my camera and flashlight. They have refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, and always refer back to the same “we are not sure if you dropped it” despite no visible damage on the device from impact. Really is a bummer for me too cause I haven’t had any problems the last 4 repairs. Yet since they didn’t test this one, they broke a few things, and won’t take responsibility. Make sure the TEST your phone and make note of WHO repairs it, cause they seem to shift blame to who ever isn’t there at the moment. Really disappointed with them.
DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A PHONE WITH A GLASS BACK. I took my iphone 12 in bc the back was completely shattered, and while the service was decent (i had to wait quite a while longer than i was originally told) the problems the repair caused far outweigh the price. I originally went bc it was hundreds of dollars less than to get it repaired at apple or best buy, but because the newer phones with the glass backs have the hard ware closely connected, you really have to go through them or someone else who can run diagnostics to get it fixed. My battery and hardware got damaged by cheating out at this place. Not worth the temporary money saver.
Insurance Scam, beware.
The guy who runs this place will scam you for insurance money. He reports that he has all the parts in stock so when you make an insurance claim this location pops up as if the parts are available, you come in he will take your phone and tell you the part is in stock when really he doesn’t have the part. He then will pretend to work on it and when you come back he will say that the part he never had was defective and that he has to order another one, completely lying to you and wasting your time.
