Working with TMobile and Assurant (Insurance), I was able to get my claim filed and approved, and get an appointment with CPR Cell Phone Repair within minutes. They told me repairing the screen would take 90 minutes, I went back in 2 hours, and the phone was ready and looking great. I would like a much more transparency on pricing for cases and screen protection available for sale at the store, but no prices were too be found on the merchandise. All in all a very positive experience with these folks.

Ryan fixed and cleaned my PS5 same day and even explained what the problem was and what he was doing while I was there…but I would trust anyone there.
Had no car so being able to stay around and out the heat was very nice of them.

Had parts in store to fix my phone immediately. Arris hooked me up! Was told at another shop I wouldn’t get the phone back until Wednesday because of the long weekend. Called CPR and Arris told me he could and would fix anything I took hi. An hour and a half later my phone works and looks brand new. Was not cheap, but worth every penny.
