So a week ago I found this place online looked at the reviews and decided to go and have them fix my daughters phone $180.00 dollars to have it fix plus tax so $220.00 dollars is what the final price was. So we decided to wait a week cause we didn’t have the money at that time . We came back a week later and talk to this gentleman right here and recieved the same price quote of 180.00 dollars plus tax . The only difference was his customer service was very bad .he decided to get angry because I Chuckled when he asked my daughter for her 1st and last name and When she had already did. The same thing the gentleman did the week before that’s why chuckled. I could see that he had got upset by his Facial expressions and when I had asked him the told price of the phone he told me that I didn’t need to press him about it Very Angry!! So I said to him i can see that your Upset and I don’t need to be talked like that and he need to check attitude. So that’s why you get 1 for customer satisfaction on the phone part thankyou to the other employees that fix my daughters phone and I feel bad that you have to work with this guy.

Took my ps5 in because it kept crashing, paid 70$ for them to inspect it. All they did was update it and give it back. So then when it was crashing again i took it back to them to fix it again for free, they said they would try again. They called back after a week and played the wrong games saying it wasn’t crashing. I told them a specific game to play and they played a different one for some reason? 2 more weeks go by after I tell them to play the right one and they never called so I called. Guy said he would call back in a week….never did so I called again he said “I called and tried to leave a message but your voicemail was full.” It wasn’t full and I never even had a missed call. I just went and picked it up because they’ll waste your time. They don’t know anything about consoles just take your consoles somewhere else. They’ll just pretend to fix it and lie about calling you apparently. Unprofessional

Do not trust any of the new 5-star reviews as they are from people currently employed at the business or friends of people currently employed. They charged 99.99 for labor on repairs that take 5 minutes. They also are not trained enough to call themselves professionals as I was repairing phones within a month of starting there and with only corporate videos as my experience. iPhone users they use a razor to open your phone glass. Google any iPhone repair and they use a suction cup and a plastic playing card not strong enough to break face IDs as the training manual explains.
