My husband had been here for a cracked cell phone screen and I knew they had done a goood job. So I took my daughter’s iPad here when the charger broke off inside the charging port. She was so worried it wouldn’t be able to be fixed, but the gentleman was able to remove the broken charger from inside the port within minutes and it didn’t cost us anything. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. They’re very good at what they do and aren’t there to take advantage of the customer. I really appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone.

Service was immaculate, I made an appointment through T mobile and my Insurance provider. It was the only location available so I did have to drive down from Apple Valley, however they had my phone done in less than 2 hours. For a complete broken back plate and screen malfunction. I got to enjoy some food and ice cream in the shopping center and they called me as soon as It was done. My phone has been working flawlessly as the day I got it. (Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) very pleased with everything. Would highly recommend.

Eric and Juan were very helpful. The insurance company made a mistake by inputing the wrong model. I called the insurance, and they fixed the problem. Eric was able to approve the fix and made sure I my phone was fixed right away. They went out of their way to help me out even though the store was about to close.
