Can’t recommend CPR highly enough!! Really knowledgeable and very kind staff–and I’ve been helped by all of them!! I send many people here!

CPR has fixed both my laptop and phone *while I waited*. And charged me only $40 apiece!!!

Best Buy wanted to TAKE my laptop and keep it for at least 2 weeks. And I know someone whose laptop they kept for a month! again!! They said they couldn’t even fix my phone, even though it’s a common type. Then the store they referred me to couldn’t fix it, either.

Another thing I really like about CPR is that, even from their 20-somethings, I don’t get the eye rolls or the sighs of disgust that I get at other device-fix places = Just because i’m old and not very tech-educated doesn’t call for automatic disrespect.

CPR staff have helped me save money, too, in assisting me with choosing a phone and case.

I could go on and on about CPR, as you can probably guess. I strongly urge you to make it *your* go-to, also!!

I went in for a battery replacement on a Sony NW-ZX2 hi-res audio player. They informed me the battery replacement was too complex and refused the job. When I presented them with the Sony’s official service manual that showed the… four step battery replacement, they told me it was too complex because it’s a “solder job”.

Anyways, I bought a $14 soldering iron on Amazon and did it myself in about 20 minutes. So that was cool. But I can’t imagine how or why CPR would refused this job, especially when I showed them the exact steps required in the official service manual for the device. Too complex? I did it in 20 minutes with zero prior experience.

Perhaps they just have a “we don’t solder” policy? Oh well.

Customer service was top notch. I had an issue arise when, during a repair, something in the function of the cell phone changed due to a slight error or slip of a tool. This caused my antennae to be dysfunctional. I was given a refurbished phone of the same model, and everything transferred over for me before I arrived to pick it up. Really pleased with the communication and professionalism of this group of technicians at this store in Fishers. Their efforts to follow up promptly with me and find a solution were great.
