went for simple phone screen repair and in 5 days it broke again. went back to cpr since they have a “life time warranty” and they refused to honor it without even checking my phone. the manager was very rude and took a terrible attitude with me. went to another store and was SHOWN they installed it incorrectly. they refused to refund me. don’t waste your time or your money.

I had smashed my phone screen. A different vendor said they could fix it. They made it worse and told me my year old phone was obsolete. Not CPR They transferred everything to my new phone, told me where to cash in the old one, and made me feel like a valued customer. Mason and the crew are awesome. I highly recommend them for all your repair needs
The employees at the Fort Collins location are always so very helpful. They are professional, they explain the process well, they communicate well in regards to timelines of the repair process and how long it takes. Also, I can count on their services and know that my phone is in good hands.
