I had a cracked screen and corner chips on my IPad. Took it in for a new screen.

CPR ordered a new premium screen and it was delivered a week later.

Installation took an extra day. These time allotments were ok.

Problem is the premium screen ($383.06, parts and service) is not of the same quality as the original Apple screen.

I use this IPad as a navigational tool in my truck. Also use a prescription sunglasses with the polarizer lens.

Herein is the problem. The screen shows shades of yellow, blue, and green across its entirety when viewed through the polarized lenses.

This is very distracting while driving.

Discussed this problem with CPR.
Basically I was told sorry but there is nothing CPR can or will do about your problem.

SO, if you want Apple kind and quality screens go to Apple Store and not CPR!!

Lesson learned!!

Giving 1 star as my phone is still sitting there. I dropped my phone off yesterday and was told my screen had to be ordered and a deposit paid. I paid 50% of $220 with the promise my screen would be in the following morning and fixed within 45 mins of getting the screen. I called this afternoon to be told alot of people came in today ( the day before a hurricane hits) needing there phones fixed before the hurricane so my phone won’t be done til AFTER they open back up when the storm passes. So therefore I won’t have a phone during a hurricane and til 5 days after i dropped off but everyone that came in last minute will! Glad the one the came in the day before, and paid half the bill got put on the back burner for everyone that came in last minute. I’ll never use this company again!

My daughter dropped her iPhone 14 and thought the camera lens was broken. Took it to CPR Hammond and they ordered supplies needed to fix. Got a call next day the parts were in, took phone in and spoke to Timothy. He examined phone closely and told me that phone had lens cover on and that was all that was damaged. He took his time/expertise to remove damaged cover and clean phone. It’s working perfectly and he didn’t charge us a dime. Great employee and very nice to see a person not try to take advantage of customers. Thanks again Timothy!
