I am visiting from out of town and had the opportunity to visit CPR Cell Phone Repair today regarding my daughter’s phone, which had sustained water damage. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the touchscreen. Fortunately, Austin was able to restart the device, gain access to the screen, and successfully back up my daughter’s phone. This backup was my priority, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. It can be quite challenging to find exceptional customer service, but CPR truly stands out, thanks to dedicated employees like Austin. Cracked my phone and went through my insurance process to get my screen fixed. At first this repair company wasn’t available to me, then I went to complete my repair again cause I didn’t want it to get worse and this repair company showed up, so I went with it. The 2 gentlemen that assisted me were very kind and professional. Kept me updated and called me once they were finished. I left and ran a couple errands. They had my phone fixed like nothing ever happened to it. They were pretty fast with fixing it and had me check it out before I left. Almost 5 hours later and still zero issues. Thank you both

Steve and his staff went above and beyond their pay grade to get the insurance company to do their job to get my phone repaired as quick as possible. Three trips twenty calls to phone provider and insurance company and couldn’t get them to correct their computers. Went to see Steve and he got things rolling . Had my phone fixed through CPR IN HARKER HEIGHTS TX ,the very next day. They made my appointment ,and gave me courtesy call when phone was ready!
