It was a horrible experience, I went in with a cracked screen on a coral galaxy S10e and left with a black phone that the back was cracked on and it had 1 coral button. The manager told me they didnt carry coral and that they could order me another piece for the back but that I was responsible for paying them for the screen replacement work that they had done but it didnt matter that I did not receive my phone back in the same condition I had brought in. I was told when I dropped my phone off that it would $200 but when I went to pick it up they tried to charge me $250. They did drop it back down but this was the worst experience I have ever experienced in a business. The attached pictures of the back of the shell to my phone and what it looked like when they gave it back to me along with the broken back on the supposedly fixed phone. There were no cracks on the backside of my phone when I took it in, it was the screen that was cracked. Nobody even called me to let me know what was going on, they were supposed to call me when it was ready, I patiently waited until after the time they told me it would be ready before calling to check on it. When I called about it I was told it was working so you can imagine the shock I was in when they handed me a black cracked phone.

They had my laptop for a long time because they were waiting on a part. They said it would take a few days but it was a few weeks. I needed it back and I was told it was at the Bessemer location. I went to get it and the Bessemer location was permanently closed. I called the Hoover location and they said my laptop was there and Bessemer just closed the day before. It looked like it was closed for months. It was completely empty. I got my laptop and they sad Tucker would call me when the part came in. I left 3 VM’s and never got a return call. Finally got a hold of someone and they said he’d been in on Thur which was July 4th and they were closed. I tried one final time and never heard from Tucker. This was probably 6 weeks in total. I took it to Alabama Computer on Hwy 31 and they fixed it in 2 days.

Brought my s22 ultra in for a simple screen repair, they were rude and they messed my phone up. They told me they were using original manufacterer parts, they did not. They put too much of some sort of substace in there while putting the screen on which caused my phone to start overheating and stopped recognizing the s pen. When it was done they held my phone hostage until they could figure out how to process the squaretrade claim in their system. I almost didnt get it back from them on a friday afternoon when i told them i had to have it for my work trip early monday morning. I had to keep calling and pestering them to get my phone back. I reported them to squaretrade and ended up having to get my phone re-repaired. STEER CLEAR of this place.
