Very fast service! I cracked my screen yesterday evening and was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of the incident. I was 5 minutes late, but the representative was understanding and helpful. I was told it would take an hour for the repair, but I showed up about 15 minutes early and it was ready. There is a mall about 3 minutes away from this location so it was easy to burn some time. Also a few restaurants in the same courtyard the repair shop is located. I opted to purchase a screen protector and a new case which he installed for me as well. This was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I dropped my cell phone while coming out from lunch at Carolina’s Kitchen restaurant. My cell phone is my everything as a mom. Before going into a full-blown panic attack, I noticed the CPR Phone Repair directly across the street. The store was open. The owner, Theo, was very professional and able to calm me down. He provided me with phone repair options. As I waited for my phone to be repaired, I watched a movie at Royale 14 movie theater across the street.
