Called regarding a repair for my iPhone 14 Pro back glass and was told to schedule an appointment online. Schedule an appointment for the the next day, arrive to be told that they don’t have the back glass in stock and that it would be ordered and arrive on Monday, this being a Friday appointment I wasn’t too concerned. Monday comes and goes and I don’t hear anything and call the following day, Tuesday. They say that the part hadn’t been ordered yet, that I needed to pay half of the repair ($150) for the part to be ordered, which I did after much going back and forth of if I could pay it over the phone as the company is 45 minutes from my home. Two days later I am called and told the part was there and I could come on in. Drive over and am told that the part wasn’t there after three hours of waiting and that we could reschedule for the next week when the part arrived.

Once the part finally arrived they did complete the repair in approximately 3 hours; however, I have already had to take the phone back one as part of the screen was coming detached from the back glass of the phone. It was repaired for free under warranty; however, the glass is once again coming detached.

Needless to say, I’d be careful of this place. The staff did seem very nice, albeit somewhat disorganized.

Jennifer the repair technician employee did awesome and has a great personality, she not only fixed my phone but went behind the normal repair troubleshooted another issue and come up with a solution and took time out of her busy schedule to do so ensuring I was able to leave with a working phone. Highly recommend this location over any other in northwest Georgia hands down!!
