Went in to get my screen replaced which went fine. Dude at the counter sold me on a “lifetime screen protector” on top of the screen replacement and told me it was a one time fee and I could come in anytime and get a new one if it breaks. I specifically asked and made sure there wouldn’t be another charge if I came in to get a new one. A month later I come in for my “free” screen protector and it’s half the price of the initial payment. $15. I could’ve bought a 3 pack on Amazon for that much. I feel ripped off. Employees need to know what they’re talking about before selling a useless service to people.
Took my pixel 5a in to get fixed after it went black on me. They very honest said it wouldn’t be worth fixing and they actually didn’t work on anything older then pixel 6. I have had screens replaced but them before and always done good work at honest price.
Andrew is great! He replaced my screen within 90 minutes. It was a busy Sunday morning at the store but he was able to juggle all the customers and conplete my screen replacement. He also did a diagnostic.
