I watched an elder female come to the store complaining that her phone kept fading in and out after her screen was replaced. The guys were patience. I decided to step in and asked the senior the board of her phone has malfunction when you drop your phone. She admitted that she drops all the time and I suggested she buys case. The guys looked at me without speaking to me that they appreciated that I spoken up. The senior said that it was her 5 phone and I told her she needed to buy a 6th before she damage the board which is the brain. The nicest guys you ever want to meet. Beautiful and organized store.
