Do NOT go here if you care to be met with integrity or a good quality of service. I took my iPhone in to have the front screen repaired and that was repaired without problem, it Seemed. Great. As I make it back home I am getting a notification “no sim,” so I head back to the store. The guy says “oh I’m not sure why that is happening but you have to go to your provider.” Ok that’s fine. I go and get that issue resolved with NO help on their end. Some days pass and it’s the weekend so I want to take a selfie. I open my camera and my pictures are extremely blurry. This was odd bc my camera had been perfectly fine before the repair. I look a little closer at my camera and realize there is water in front of my camera, but under the screen. Well I just got my screen repaired so I’m surely they will rectify this error,obviously cause by them,(I don’t have tools to lift my screen and add water droplets then replace it)but NO!!! They apparently can’t fix the problem they caused bc it is now classified as water damage. So just a heads up if you step one foot outside of CPR cell phone repair , they will not fix any problems caused by their employees

@owner Yes every detail I recalled, you reiterated. I realize that this is the procedure you guys follow in order to cover your arses, but that does not take away from the matter. The “water damage” was caused by you guys just as the SIM card malfunction was! The tests ran all came back as as a pass, but I had to TWO problems, one day after the other????
I have now included a partial screenshot of the 1st incident I had. I also have time stamps and receipts to back up my claims. (reading SOS only & no SIM)
See we are in the age of technology and most have learned that the only way to have honest service is to be proactive in your advocacy. All exchanges were recorded and pre stamped.

I would love to give you guys a chance to rectify if that is wanted from your end.

I stopped in about 2 months after they replaced my battery. The home button was in, but the employee I was previously dealing with was no longer with them, and had not done a work order on my part. They replaced my screen and my home button works as it should. So I have raised my review. I guess any company can have a less than stellar employee. I will continue to use them.

I have used them for a few years for screen protectors and cases. I recently took them my IPhone 8 for a battery replacement. When it was returned to me the tech noted that the home button was no longer working. He told me he would order one and install at no cost to me. It has been 5 weeks and the home button which is perpetually due in tomorrow has not arrived. Additionally, the camera has gone wonky, unrelated to their work. Another tech advised me when they replaced the home button, the finger print capability would be lost.
LESSON LEARNED: do not replace battery in an iPhone, they are manufactured to only last 5-6 years. Also causes me to question wisdom of buying an Apple re-furbished iPhone.

I had an absolutely incredible customer experience today. Tylers’s professionalism and strong work ethic really stood out to me. He went the extra mile to assist me with my phone, providing clear and thorough explanations. His customer service skills were truly outstanding. I believe he deserves a raise as soon as possible. I am very grateful for all his help and would like to express my heartfelt thanks to him.
