Bruce had me in and out of there way faster than I ever expected. Broke off the tip of my charging cable in my iPad and could not get it out myself. Took it to CPR (found by Googling) dropped it off, and within an hour got a call that it was fixed! Happy Day. Will certainly recommend CPR to friends and family for their technology repair needs. We’ve come here for phone repairs more times than we can count. The problem gets fixed every time. They are a bit pricey but nowadays what’s not?! Bruce is always so nice and so knowledgeable. We dropped the phone off and got a call about an hour and a half later when he said 2 hours so they delivered ahead of schedule.
Bruce, I believe that was his name, was so kind, patient and informative. He repaired the broken lens on my camera on my pixel 7 phone, The glass was shattered. He had it done in less than 2 hours so I didn’t have to leave my phone there all day
