Sketchy, wouldn’t trust the ‘friendly’ employees, & highly recommend going to uBreakiFix phone repair a minute away instead. Highly unprofessional behavior alongside a massive breach of privacy & trust. I went in with the expectations of them fixing my cellphone charge port after it died at work & couldn’t keep a charge. I come back an hour+ later with them looking at +18 adult content on my slightly charged phone.. which I also use for my LLC business. I ask the owner of the store to not allow/ tolerate this behavior. Please look at adult content on YOUR personal phones, not your customers’.. at your HOUSE, not place of employment. They are allegedly honest with their customers but due to the behavior allowed by the owner, I’d still recommend uBreakiFix instead of this business. Too sketchy & won’t be returning or referring at all.

Pedro was very helpful and approachable. I called back about a week later for help getting my phone fixed but needed to know if they had the parts. He went above and beyond by letting me know when they would receive the parts for my phone. I had called another competitor and they didn’t offer to tell me when they would get parts for my phone.
