I did not end up utilizing their services but I called about an issue and they called back shortly after I left a message describing my issue. I was informed about my options to repair, what was involved and they even mentiond insurrance offers i could utilize. after hearing what it would cost and how complex the repair is i decided that getting a new phone would be a better route.
