I was having problems getting my data transferred to my new insurance phone sent to me by my phone company and I was completely locked out of my Google account, Even my cellphone provider was not able to get me access to my account… Edger was very well informed about my situation, and I wasn’t the first person that this situation was happening to. Google has a two-step verification, and I lost access to both of my log in’s… Edger helped me get back access to my account, and he was also able to fully complete a whole mirroring to my new phone even when the broken one was Inoperatible… My cellphone carrier was not able to mirror or get me back access to my cloud network. Edger did all of that, and my new cellphone is all back to normal!!! Trust me, he had saved me twice already! The first time, I walked into his shop with a 13 year old samsung Note 3, and I couldn’t get any services from my cell phone provider done to my old outdated broken cellphone. And Edger helped me!

I don’t normally give reviews but Edgar deserves a huge thank you .brought my grandsons xbox to have what I thought was just an hdmi port simple fix even though it was beyond repair he was totally honest about everything he worked tirelessly to try and fix it for me . He did everything he could to try and get it up and running again because at 13 an Xbox is a kids life . So I cannot thank him enough for all of his efforts to fix it . And thank you for going above and beyond to try and fix it .the best customer service I have ever received. The money I would have spent to have it fixed will go towards a new xbox .thank you thank you again

Edgar at CPR is fantastic. He asks questions to understand the issue. I thought I had a battery issue with my Samsung Galaxy. After checking the phone’s battery and the power connector he determined it was most likely my charger in the car was the problem. A new car charger resolved the issue. I appreciate that he didn’t guess, and I was so happy I didn’t need a new battery. I’ve referred friends and they have been very pleased with Edgar at CPR. Thanks again Edgar! High 5
