I got the very top piece of a lighting cord stuck in my phone port. I went to an Apple certified shop and was told that because that part is so far in my phone that I’m probably gonna have to get a bottom portion of my phone replaced and that it could be up to $600. I went over to CPR and within five minutes, they were able to get the piece out and my phone charger port still charges correctly. She showed me the little piece, and didn’t even charge me. Super nice people that saved me from buying a completely new phone. Love them!!
