Excellent! After two weeks of trying to work out the problem myself, and almost buying s new phone, CPR had the answer within a couple of minutes. Offered options to address the problem, some of which did not involve any benefit to them. They did the work I elected in a timely manner, and my phone is working again. Staff are knowledgeable and very professional. I will use them again if I have cellphone related issues!
This is an excellent business with excellent employees. They are diligent and do good work. I recently had a screen break shortly after being repaired and they honored the warranty without any pushback. I think very highly of this business and think that the employees have tremendous character.
