Visited store with broken face plate on my Galaxy S9 phone. Very friendly & knowledegable technician (Bo) assisted me & offered quick quote & less than an hour turnaround to replace the touchscreen. He even offered generic priced version and comparable price suggestions on replacing with a new phone. While making my decision, my wife mentioned to him the lack of volume control on her Apple phone & he instantly was aware of her problem & repaired hers on the spot (had to replace some sort of filter over the sound amplifier) for a minimal charge. I decided on repairing my Galaxy and he did have it completed when I returned an hour or two later. Very satisfied with both completed services (Android & Apple) & extremely satisfied with the Customer Service-something hard to find nowadays. Would highly recommend CPR in Waxahachie, Tx for phone repairs.

I went in to get a warranty screen protector replacement for my iPhone 14 Plus. The young lady that helped me was very friendly and polite; which you don’t find often these days. The store had quite a bit of inventory compared to some of the other CPR stores I’ve been to and they were the only store within an hour drive of me that actually had the one I needed in stock. The store was clean as well. When I need another screen protector I will definitely come to CPR in Waxahachie!!!

Called store on the phone and spoke with Bo. Told him about needing to replace lcd on my iPhone 13 Pro Max so that I could get full credit from Att return for upgrading to new iPhone 15. He told to stop in and he could fix it quickly. Dropped off phone and went next door and ate breakfast and when I was done he had it fixed. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable . Reasonable prices. Highly recommend Bo at CPR.
