I took my son’s iPad in for a cracked screen and new battery. While it was being fixed I called and asked how much a screen protector was. Jeremy told me it was 50 dollars. He never asked if I wanted to buy one. When I picked it up I paid and left. I called right after I left because I thought I was over charged. They went ahead and put the screen protector on without asking and charged me for it. Said they would not refund me for it, will never go back there again. It was the employees fault

My phone died very suddenly and would show nothing but a white screen. I couldn’t switch any data over to my new phone and after going to three to four other places, contacting my provider and samsung, they were the only ones to actually help and save all my data on my new phone without making me feel incompetent. It was also much cheaper than I expected!! Thank you all so much for saving years of memories and invaluable photos of people and furry loved ones that are no longer here

Jeremy and Amber are great, highly knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I’m elderly and they treated me with respect…I was informed up front what the cost would be to repair my laptop and if any other changes, they would contact me before doing more repairs My laptop was repaired within a week (they needed too order a part) and it’s working perfectly. Thank you CPR! They now are repairing my other laptop!! Awesome company!!! It feels my like a family!!!
