Crazy Computers did a phenomenal job with my new system build (just before Christmas). Caesare is extremely knowledgeable (something I ‘test’ since I also have some computer building skill) and also an utmost professional. Every little thing was painstakingly finished, including neat cabling and BIOS tweaks. To potential customers, don’t hesitate to choose (Caesare and) Crazy Computers for any of your computer needs. Called this store from NJ based on other reviews. My son’s computer screen was damaged and needed repair and he is at school in Rhode Island. They looked up the pricing and gave me options for repair and a window of time for said repairs. All work was completed in a timely fashion and he reached out to give us progress reports. Definitely recommend this place for repairs. Prices are fair and repairs were done to our satisfaction.
I was wary about computer repair services after a bad experience in the past. John however, saved me not once but twice, cleansing my trauma of the past. Both times he was able to diagnose and fix my problem in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price while being kind and professional throughout. It may pain you like it did me, to entrust your rig to someone else but John won’t do wrong by your or your machine.
