I brought my laptop in because it wouldn’t turn on. I checked with the manufacturer and they referred me to this company for the warranty. They are 30 minutes from my house so it wasn’t a short drive…

I took it in and explained that I tried multiple chargers and none of them worked to turn it on and it just wouldn’t turn on. Mind you, these charges always worked and I had just used them a couple days prior. The gentleman told me that they would check it out and get back to me in 24 hours. Well 24 hours passed and I hadn’t heard back yet so I called and they said it was turning on and working just fine.

I go in, verify that the laptop is working, and they tried to charge me a $110 service fee. In the end, after some pushing (which if I didn’t, they were TOTALLY ready to accept my $110) I didn’t end up paying the fee which was really nice and I assume they would think that would warrant a five-star rating, but 1) after explaining the issue, why didn’t they just plug it in right there in front of me and see that it turned on? I could have just taken it home at that point and tried my name brand charger (which I had to locate because it had been missing) and not had to make the drive again 2) I honestly can’t believe they were ready to charge me the $110! I mean that in and of itself should speak to the morality of the company… I mean you knew you didn’t do anything except plug it in, so why would you charge? 3) when I called, the laptop was ready, so why was it just sitting there?

Good service, business owner (he goes by M.D.) is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Will definitely help you save money if you’re worried about cash. IT is both consumer and business focused, so if you’re a small business needing help with big orders, hit these guys up.

I had a laptop hard drive replaced, labor/service cost are competitive with corporate pricing (Best Buy, Staples), and it took less than 4 days to get it back. Works like a charm.
