I have been here many times with laptops and phones and always I have been impressed with their good prices, their excellent work, and their honesty when admitting with some Apple phones that they couldn’t make a full repair. Today they restored my OnePlus 6T which I’ve owned for 5.5 years and was like an old friend to me – – thank you so much!! Do not hesitate to visit this shop and hire them to fix your stuff! This is literally the best business in Palo Alto!!!!!! They literally recovered the data from my water damaged iPhone. My phone literally short circuited and wouldn’t turn on. I thought all my photos and messages were gone forever, but Hector saved them!!! Hector and Miriam were so straightforward and helpful and communicative. Couldn’t be more grateful 🙂

Part of our phone charger broke off and was stuck in an iPhone. I didn’t have the right tool to fix it myself, so I brought it to Curetech. They fixed our problem on the spot within a couple minutes. I asked what we owed and they refused to charge us anything! Such an unexpected surprise! We will go back if we have issues in the future!
