I’ve gone to this location for a while now.. have had numerous phones repaired multiple times.. always the best service… Lauren is the best, he’s honest and quick with repairs. Will let you know your options and what he best recommends.
I was waiting one day in the lounge area reading a magazine when an older man walked in, about my dads age. He brought his iPad in that he hadn’t used for a while… he said it’s broken and needs it fixed… he also had the charger with it that looked like it was falling apart . Lauren asked him before taking it in, if he has yet tried a better or new charger ??? The man said no I’ve only used that one.
Sure enough Lauren plugged in a brand new charger… waited a minute and it started charging and then turned on.
He said here you go problem solved
I can’t charge you for that one buddy.

I recently took my iPhone 12 Pro here for screen repair. I was in their shop for about 8 mins (yes 8) and I walked out with a perfectly functional and working phone. The knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional, but more importantly was their honesty. The phone wasn’t even damage. It was my glass screen cover that was damaged, but I was in such a rush to get it fixed I didn’t notice. The person behind the counter delicately removed the cover and asked if I wanted a new cover no charge. What a great experience and really felt the need to give them a outstanding review. I will be sure to use them in the future.

Wow! I don’t know how I missed these guys! They are only a few blocks from my home. I’m fiercely loyal when someone does right by me. And Lorne did just that! I had a tech business I’ve used for 10 years and they just got replaced. I was so impressed with the service here! He beat everyone else’s prices and my phone looks brand new!
