Cannot recommend this place enough! Took my computer to Best Buy for a broken keyboard and spent over an hour there only for them to tell me they couldn’t fix it and I should send the computer to Microsoft. Stopped at Cyber Express in a last-ditch effort to not shell out hundreds of dollars and be without a computer for at least a month and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Incredibly nice people and there’s a super cute store dog too. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else for my computer problems anymore!
A professional and knowledgeable staff, which includes several military veterans. I used to buy my computers from iBuyPower, but from now on any service, or new computers I buy will be from these guys. There local, staffed by veterans like myself, and totally upfront and honest in there assessment of your PC problems. I highly recommend this company if you need computer work, or are looking for a new build.
I love Cyber Express. I’m not computer friendly. I have a monthly subscription with them. If I have any questions they are at the end of the phone happy to help me out. Yesterday I had them come to my home to help me install a new printer, scanner. They are local, friendly and speak with an American accent! Great customer service!!
