I emailed and spoke with Chris about an issue l was having with my late 2016 Apple MacBook Pro. I was referred to him by the Apple rep at Best Buy. After a few minutes of troubleshooting my issue he gave me confidence that my computer was in good working order and explained a little about the issue. Chris is a true professional. I thought I ruined my laptop when I attempted cleaning it but Chris was able to fix the problem. It turns out it was a tiny pin on the lid sensor. Owner is a good guy prices are fare or relative for others. Very good at what they do with many years experience. I have dealt with them for many a years now.
