Visited the shop because of my broken Apple AirPods, wasn’t my first choice but they got more avaiable appointments than the actual apple store and that definitely not for nothing! REALLY bad costumer service, almost nasty for my taste.
Also, by experience, the Apple Store would have just taken the broken product back and give me a new one in return. Instead, I had to wait 2 weeks just to get one AirPod in replacement, they didn’t even fix anything which would explain that I had to wait that long.
At last, as I wanted to get the product back, they just put it into bubble wrap with something I couldnt identify but which could be an oil spray lol. Could have seriously sratched my case if I hadn’t noticed. Plus, why didn’t they say, what it was?

2 stars still because I got a replacement in the first place. Yet, I would strongly recommend NOT to go there since the costumer service is that malicious.

Nice shop with good quality products. Massively let down by bad customer service from the guy working there. He acted like it was a hastle helping me find a product. After spending about 100 euros I had to buy a 50 cent bag to put the purchase in. Seriously, you can’t give a free paper bag to customers? I don’t recommend this place, unless you enjoy being treated like something sticky you might step on in the street. Your only job as a retailer is to help the customer and give them a good deal. If you can’t do that just close and let others do that.

I wanted to order online and I was getting the error to select the right residence permit. in the options I select the blue card option but still am getting the same error to select the residence permit. I don’t know its a system error or what. After trying several times I call the customer service, after the long wait they picked the call and I asked for the English speaking person. He asked me to hold and then after 5 seconds “have a good day” and put me on hold. i waited long time but no response. I found this very unprofessional attitude.
