Went in to get my laptop looked at. Since it is a Chromebook, they kept talking ,but not giving info, just reasons he didn’t want to look at it. I Guess I intrupted his Minecraft game. I asked for a straight answer and the rep just talked down to me and kept himming and hawing not giving any answer. I just wanted a yes or no as an answer if they could look at it. When I finally got a smigion of an answer, it was well its not worth it. He did not give me a price quote for me to make the determination if I want to move forward. I ended up going to Cactus Computers where they fixed it in a matter of minutes and charged a reasonable price. Message to owner, they are talking toy out of a lot of sales.

This rating is for Tanner. Previously, I gave Nathan a 5 star review, and I want to give Tanner a 5 star review too. Both guys are outstanding. I found Tanner to be very pleasant to speak with, and he is definitely knowledgeable on the programs on my computer and how to transfer some of my files over from my computer so that I do not have to be charged for storage when I didn’t need the storage. This saved me money and time on my computer. Thank you Tanner. I would recommend him and Nathan to all my family and friends. Tanner is amazing.
